The rooms and location of hotel was good. And the seevice is amazing also. If you are traveling or need a quick get away to relax go check them out!
Very nice well kept motel, the room was spacious and clean, the stafg was extraordinarily helpful and courteous. For the motel being in a questionable neighborhood my family and I felt extremely safe and secure. They have an indoor pool and a huge facility to host any type of occasion. Will be back there soon as a way to get away, without having to travel far. And as for staff I really liked Jacey she's very down to earth and a very understanding person. She understands that people are individuals we aren't all alike but we are each with individual needs and she's very good at making sure that if you have a request of any kind that if it's not possible for the hotel to accommodate she will go out of her way to help you find whatever it is you may be seeking out. Anything from a particular type of dinner you may want to the closest place to buy headache medicine of a particular type. It may sound like simple things to find to something like that but if you're not from here, it may not be so easy. Basically what I'm saying is if you're able to stay here, I would and if you can't get any help from any other staff member. Id ask when Jacey will be back on duty.. she can help you! And if I forgot to tell you, she's super kind and easy to talk to if you're experiencing an issue and need any kind of assistance. Thanks Jacey for all of your help, kindness and understanding! I always have a wonderful experience at this hotel. Very clean and affordable plus they have an excellent breakfast that is always fresh! Shaniece was awesome as well!!
Stopped here when I was driving cross country. For just a night stay, it was nice. Staff was friendly but whenever I would go up to the desk, no one would be there. They'd be outside smoking and I would have to wait. They were nice though. The room itself wasn't anything special, but nothing to complain about. Only thing I will complain about is that the AC was really loud. But the room was clean and the furniture was nice. I was actually pleasntly suprised with breakfast. Everything was good. Overall, this hotel is a great price and not bad. Definitely has a lot of potential to be better, but if you're looking for a nice cheap place for the night, it's perfect for that.
The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was excellent. The service was very good, especially Jacey who went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. Great job.
Our stay at the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Anita made check-in quick, easy, and so welcoming. Throughout our stay, Mike and Zach were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our experience was wrapped up perfectly with a wonderful check-out with Lise. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out! I rented two rooms so my kids and I could enjoy a little staycation and spend time swimming, and the pool area was fantastic. The water was perfect and the whole space was really nice and relaxing. We had such a great time that we actually ended up extending our stay! This was such a fun and memorable experience for my kids and me. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!
This hotel is very overlooked and deserves more recognition. The experience was made even better by the front desk agent, Caleb. He was very well spoken, professional, and truly cared about my wife’s and my needs when it came to booking our room. He took the time to help us fully understand the rates and made sure we were comfortable with our choice. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and we would absolutely stay here again because of it.
Staff is friendly and very accommodating, Shanice and Jacy go above and beyond to make the guest feel like family. The restaurant is very affordable and delicious. All the amenities in this facility work and the indoor pool and garden are a breath of fresh air
